TIMELINE
Week 1:
• Meet with client to discuss position and learn about
the organization
• Finalize Position Specification for your concurrence
• Identify sourcing channels and target companies
• Research process begins
Weeks 2 & 3:
• Preliminary candidate contact is underway at target
companies
• Referral and network contacts become active
• Prospective candidate responses begin
Weeks 4 & 5:
• Primary research is completed however ongoing research
is maintained
• Candidate slates are finalized and client presentation
conducted
Weeks 5 & 6:
• Candidate interviews & evaluations are conducted
by Consultant
• Candidate interviews with client are arranged
• Progress meetings with client & candidate selection
underway
Weeks 7 to 12:
• Target period for final selection & employment offer
