ROBERT T. ZUZACK
Bob has served in the executive search profession for over ten years
with one of the top five firms as Executive Vice President, Office
Managing Director and business unit President. His search assignments
are concentrated in banking and financial services, product manufacturing
and pharmaceutical and medical device sales.
Bob also has over twenty years experience as an executive of human
resources in a wide range of business sectors, including aerospace,
computer systems and peripherals, controls and electronic devices,
health products and precision instruments. His career experience
includes Vice President, Human Resources, Ametek, Inc.; Director,
Human Resources, Aerospace Products Subsidiary, Ametek, Inc. (formerly
a division of General Electric); Division Vice President, Human Resources
and Administration, Bausch & Lomb; and Corporate Director Management
Development and Planning, Bausch & Lomb. His earlier experience
includes human resource management positions with Eaton Corporation
and Parker Hannifin.
During his business career, Bob has developed and managed executive
succession planning and leadership development programs for several
large corporations, as well as a number of organizational change
projects relating to mergers, divestures and restructuring.
Bob received his Bachelor Degree from Michigan State University
and his Master Business Administration from Wayne State University.
He also attended Indiana University School of Law.
Frank Greaney
Frank has led high-level health care searches in his ten years as
an Executive Search Consultant. These have included managed care
companies, community hospitals, academic medical centers and health
care insurers. He managed the life science search practice for a
top five firm’s Boston office. Frank established and maintains
the search practice for a national specialized medical care consulting
firm.
During his business career, Frank has been CEO of a 300-bed general
hospital, and the founding CEO of the American Health Network. He
also has managed the Northern New England operations for Aetna Health
Plans and played an integral role in that firm’s re-configuration
of its National Medical Excellence program. He has also negotiated
single case transplant contracts for Aetna. Frank served as the interim
administrative head for the Fletcher Allen Health Care Center of
the University of Vermont School of Medicine in Burlington, Vermont.
Frank is a graduate of Fairfield University and earned a Masters
of Public Health degree from the Yale University School of Medicine,
Department of Epidemiology and Public Health.
Dr. Nancy B. Sobel
Nancy has worked in retained executive search for over eights
years as a consultant and senior associate with a Northeast boutique
firm. Her areas of concentration have been in health care and higher
education. Clients included Teachers College and the College of Physicians and Surgeons
at Columbia University, NYU School of Medicine, the WK Kellogg Foundation,
the AAAS, and the National Academy of Sciences. Prior to her work in executive recruiting she had over a dozen years
experience as a practicing physician. Dr. Sobel has been board certified in Obstetrics
and Gynecology since 1991. She held positions in academic medical
centers, private practice and at community health centers. She
also has consulted in quality and utilization review for a state
peer review organization.
Nancy serves on a number of not-for-profit boards including several
groups dedicated to the recognition and development of outstanding
students in medicine and science and also speaks on women’s
health and career management issues.
Nancy received her PhD and MD from the University of Chicago and
her MBA from the Simmons School of Management. Her medical
post-graduate training was at the University of Chicago and Yale
University.
Stephanie Daniel
Stephanie Daniel brings twenty of experience in human resources,
executive recruiting and career management consulting to RZ Partners.
Her search assignments span numerous management disciplines and
industry segments, including high technology, engineering,
higher education, manufacturing, and professional services. During
her career, Stephanie has also served as a consultant to senior
executives in transition, providing them with in-depth assessment
and career management strategies. She is the former director
of client services for a Massachusetts-based human resources
consulting firm where she was responsible for business and strategic
development activities, as well as staffing and training. Earlier
in her career, Stephanie worked as a director of human resources
for a New Hampshire school district and served as director of
career services and distance learning programs at Daniel Webster
College in Nashua, NH.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of
Massachusetts in Amherst and a Master’s degree from Boston
