Develop an Understanding of Your Organization
Understand your business - business plans, products and services, markets and challenges – so that we can visualize the unique qualifications that prospective candidates must possess.

Define the Position
We create a Position Profile that goes beyond the typical duties and responsibilities description.

Candidate Identification
We undertake a proactive search, not one confined to databases or re-cycled past candidates.

Candidate Evaluation
We meet with each qualified candidate uncovered in the candidate identification process to probe leadership, execution and organization compatibility. The Consultant then begins building a slate of recommended candidates for review with the client.

Candidate Selection
We provide you with our observations, judgment and recommendation as to whether we believe further consideration for an interview by you is merited.

As an optional service we can incorporate the ASSESS Profile which evaluates candidate work related behaviors in relation to a standard or customized competency model for the position.

We will also offer guidance on compensation and employment offer terms, including managing offer expectations by the candidate and/or providing counsel to achieve the acceptance.

Post Hire Follow Up
We contact the successful candidate and his or her superior periodically during the first six months to ensure that the transition is going well. This can identify potential problems for early resolution and a successful integration into the new organization.
