OUR FEES Our assignments encompass the full range of functional duties, at the C-level, senior and mid management. In select cases we can provide services at lower position levels as a part of our Flagship Account. An Engagement Fee is required at initiation of a search and is applied to the final professional service fee. We do not have a minimum professional service fee or minimum compensation level. We will provide a no fee replacement candidate search in the event that a candidate leaves your employ within twelve months of the date of hire, for reasons other than medical, family, or reduction in force. There are no administrative fees added to our professional service fees. In cases where our travel is required outside of the area we request, with your approval, reimbursement for those expenses. Our Flagship Account provides a "best value" fee structure for clients who want to benefit from an ongoing search relationship.
