loan portfolio greater than $20MM and ability to produce annual new
loan volume of $8-$15MM in either C&I or commercial real estate
or a combination of both. Very attractive compensation for candidates
with strong lending track record. Geography not critical but focus
should be within I-495 circumference of Boston.
VP, Commercial Lending Officer, for long established full
service bank with focus on western metro areas outside greater Boston.
Strong C&I portfolio with small business and commercial real
estate experience required. Must have formal credit training and/or
experience. Bank has desire to grow commercial lending not only in
its existing markets but also other areas of New England.
AVP/AP, Business Development Officer,Small Business to
cover downtown Boston. Must have existing presence in downtown Boston
with heavy deposit volume relationships and proven new business account
growth. Performance record should calibrate among top BDO’s
in current bank. Very rewarding compensation base and incentive plan.
Medical Sector Commercial Lending Officer,with existing
portfolio of professional medical clients i.e. physicians, dentists,
out patient services, medical laboratories etc. Provide full range
of banking services with heavy emphasis on lending. Must understand
the professional medical business needs and issues and have strong
reputation and credibility in this market. This is a new specialty
market for the bank therefore expect the candidate’s leadership
and business savvy to develop bank’s position into number one
in Boston market.
