or a combination of both. Very attractive compensation for candidates
with strong lending track record. Geography not critical but focus
should be within I-495 circumference of Boston.
VP, Commercial Lending Officer, for long established full
service bank with focus on western metro areas outside greater Boston.
Strong C&I portfolio with small business and commercial real
estate experience required. Must have formal credit training and/or
experience. Bank has desire to grow commercial lending not only in
its existing markets but also other areas of New England.
AVP/VP, Business Development Officer,Small Business to
cover Burlington/Lexington markets. Strong small business lending experience with top tier deposit volume relationships and proven new business account
growth. Performance record should calibrate among top BBO’s
in current bank. Market compensation base with high reward incentive plan.
Trust Officer, Business development focused Trust Officer for a small but growing Boston based trust firm. Should have capacity to develop $25MM+ in annual new business and provide relationship management to existing clients. Firm is partnered with mid size investment firm with worldwide client base. Reports to CEO of trust firm and will have role in firm strategy and marketing development.
Chief Fiduciary Officer ., Experienced trust officer capable of both business development and managing trust services to lead new trust department of a Boston area bank. Provide leadership, business management, market and investment knowledge to build this service segment as a key revenue component for the bank. Manage existing external investment managers and trust administrative services. Develop a business strategy and lead execution to quickly establish this new unit as a respected capability of the banks overall services Further, establish this unit as a respected advisor to premier bank clients, and capitalize on those relationships to extend the banks leadership in the served markets. The position will report to the CEO and President of the bank.
VP/SVP CRE ., Major regional New England Bank with strategic loan growth in northeastern MA and northern New England is expanding CRE team. Profile requires CRE experience in investment grade real estate lending of $15MM+ ability to produce $30MM annually. Requires strong credit skills, track record of working more complex loans with sophisticated investors.
VP Branch Manager ., Mid size, well established greater Boston area bank is entering new geographic markets north of Boston and requires a strong business focused branch manager to open this new market. Experience should reflect visible small business accomplishments and strong community involvement. Compensation is highly competitive .
